The following services are charged once for setting up your Virtual Office:
Setup fees: 1 Gross monthly fee

Deposit: 3 Gross monthly fees (Refundable at the end of the rental period)

For the setup of your additional options the following services are charged once:

Auxilium creates a standard website including domain on a Word Press basis at special conditions. Photos and content are supplied by the client/tenant. Completion by Auxilium. The site is responsive (i.e. also mobile compatible). The creation is to be paid once 299 € prepaid. The monthly rent is 29,90 € incl. hosting, updates etc.. For each additional page there is a one-off charge of 60 € and 6 € monthly rent. Special services are charged at cost. Two correction loops included. Each additional 90 € Euro. Changes to the page are charged at cost.

The one-time costs for setup and deposit, as well as the first rent,
are payable upon conclusion of the contract and are to be transferred upon receipt of the invoice.
The running costs will be debited by SEPA direct debit.

unless cancelled in writing within 4 months before expiration.

* In Switzerland, every owner of a virtual mailbox is required by law to rent a sub-address from Post CH AG for one calendar year.
For this, the Swiss Post AG charges a so-called postal registration fee of 90 €, which Auxilium continues to charge without surcharge (plus one-time setup/change fee of 25.90 €).
